On her sixteenth birthday,
Margo (a.k.a. “Go-Go”) Selks is summoned by the Royal Zylo Leopold of Alacor to compete in a magical event called the Royals Rise. She is one of fifteen “chosen ones.” Unbeknownst to them, each of the competitors has a special ability, which becomes evident and stronger as they train for the Royals Rise. Only five of these competitors will be selected and thus adopted into the royal family, where they will live lavishly on the magnificent royal island forever.
Can Go-Go master her self-confidence and begin to believe in her newfound ability to heal? What does it mean when her dreams begin to intertwine with her reality?
